What is the shipping policy for orders?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. We offer flat-rate shipping across the continental U.S. and free shipping on orders over $75. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Do you offer custom candle orders for events?
Yes! Customization is available in the areas of color and scent. Allow additional time for customized creations.Please reach out via our contact form or email with your specific requests for a personalized quote.
Are your candles made with natural ingredients?
Absolutely. We use a premium hand-poured soy blend wax and high-quality fragrance oils. Our wicks are either lead-free cotton or sustainably sourced crackling wood, ensuring a clean and eco-friendly burn.
How do I properly care for my wood wick candle?
Keep the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch before each burn. Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the vessel during the first light to prevent tunneling. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
